Deep dark ruby red in colour. A finely spiced nose, with aromas of fine cedar wood, ripe cherry and plum fruit, with elegant earthy components. The palate is hearty, with compact fruit and fine, tightly woven tannins, that open up in several layers, straightforward, and a little rough at this stage, with a long finish, can be aged a little longer.
