Bright medium yellow-green, fine, persistent effervescence. Delicate notes of lime zest, a hint of peach, a touch of pineapple, floral nuances, attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant, creamy texture, yellow pome fruit, mineral and lingering, a fruity sweetness on the finish, a multifaceted food pairing, versatile.
