Citrus zest and ripe tropical fruit, increasingly herbaceous, clearer and fresher with air. Crisp on the palate with a beautiful fullness, but subtle melting, again shows a lot of freshness, but also density and a concise saltiness. Finishes salty and mineral with a subtle grip. Lingers for a long time.
