Salmon-coloured with a persistent mousse. A yeasty, fruity nose of blood orange and orange blossom, with a touch of bread crust in the aftertaste. Very harmonious and well-balanced on the palate, with a very pleasant mousse, juicy and fresh, elegant and long finish.
