Deep, bright garnet red. Deep, fragrant strawberry confit and Rumtopf, also meaty and savoury notes, black pepper. On the palate, very elegant and finely meshed tannins, with a harmonious mouthfeel, elegant drive and texture, with notes of truffle, very long.
