Subtly cloudy, golden yellow with amber reflections. Aroma of nutmeg, Nashi pear, meadow herbs and ribwort, plus salted lemon. Fine pear fruit on the palate, floral, fennel seeds, accompanied by a delicate salty spiciness. Dry, with mild, harmoniously integrated acidity and moderate tannins. Very accessible and drinkable at 11%.
