Tasting Notes
Dark golden yellow with reddish reflections. Caramelised aroma, almost mature in appearance, creamy attack, almost viscous, and then a very dry and drying tannin load, almost a selection style - it remains to be seen whether the soft body will combine with the phenolics, but the fruit already seems developed.
More about the tastingRed-golden, honey-yellow in color. Orange blossom, Dr. Hauschka rose cream, but also peppery, powerful and full-bodied on the palate, gripping and dense, astringency, yet also full-bodied and aromatic, mild acidity. A technically very well-made orange wine.
