The red wine Le Gonnare Bolgheri Rosso Superiore DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Fabio Motta has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark ruby red colour. Elegant precious wood, incense, peppery savouriness, black cherry, blood, not entirely clean, reminiscent of egg, then mint, liquorice. Smooth on the palate, with beautiful juiciness, the fruit remains in the background, here too the hard components come to the fore, lots of tannins, tightly woven, but unfortunately slightly rustic and rough.
