Tasting from 28.10.2020: Peter Moser und Gerhild Burkard

Bright, shining yellow gold. On the nose fruity scent of pear and yellow apple peel with nuances of lemon, a little yeast. Medium complexity with refreshing acidity, finely balanced sweetness, very creamy. Salty undercurrent on the finish. A good aperitif.
