Slightly dicey and mineral on the nose, yeast, Cape gooseberry, silky, full mousseux, creamy and juicy mid-palate, fresh and from a single source, not too sweet, ripe, well-integrated acidity. Appetizing, versatile Silvanersekt: as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to food.
