Bright golden yellow colour. Fine botrytis savouriness, dried plums, some figs, candied orange zest, red berry nuances. Complex, tightly meshed, well-integrated sweetness, delicate nutty notes, already shows good balance, not overly sweet on the finish, goes well with goose liver, fine dried fruit notes in the aftertaste, good certain ageing potential.
