Light yellow colour, silver reflections. Ripe yellow apple fruit, a hint of coconut and delicate caramel, some nougat, herbal savouriness. Very juicy, elegant, pronounced in fruit core, appears quite fresh, dark minerality on the finish, great certain ageing potential, should now mature for a few years in the bottle.
