Medium gold colour, delicate green reflections. Intense tropical fruit, somewhat reminiscent of ice wine notes, hints of lychee, passion fruit and white peach, candied mandarin zest. Sweet, fine honey, enormously mineral, so that salty notes penetrate despite the concentration, lingers for a very long time, an elixir for decades, enormous development and certain ageing potential.
