Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine savoury aromas on the nose underlying yellow stone fruit, floral notes, orange zest and white pepper. Complex, subtle white tropical fruit, elegant and precise with a tight style, salty and long. Has great ageing potential and will benefit from a few years in the bottle.

The palate is tight and complex with white tropical fruit and a touch of sea-salt that appears on the long and persistent finish. Drinking well now but will certainly benefit from a few years of bottle ageing.
