Pale green yellow colour, silver reflections. Restrained, a hint of yellow tropical fruits, some pineapple and papaya, subtle notes of meadow herbs in the background. Juicy, complex, ripe peach, fine acidity, subtle fruit sweetness, white fruits on the finish, lemony and salty aftertaste, enormous length, already perfectly accessible, great ageing potential.
