Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate aromas of grapefruit zest, some vanilla, fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of mango and yellow apple, subtly underlaid with meadow herbs: a cool bouquet. Juicy palate with delicate reductive nuances and white orchard fruit with nutty undertones. Taut, tight-knit and salty, there is lime in the aftertaste. A great food companion, it is already easy to drink.
