Tasting Notes
Elegant, bright ruby red with a sparkling core. Initially slightly restrained on the nose, then on fine earthy notes, some cassis, porcini mushroom, sour cherry, with an aftertaste of pepper and roasted herbs. Lots of tannins and firm tannins on the palate, slightly ferrous undertone, the stony terroir also comes to the fore on the palate, with pressure and salt on the finish, should age a little longer.
More about the tastingRich, intense ruby red in colour with purple reflections. Pronounced nose of dark berries, underpinned by fine herbal spices and leather notes. Precise fruit on the palate, fresh, with fine tannins and great length.
