The red wine Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Fattoria Le Fonti has been rated in 2020 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby. On the nose still very wood-spicy, vanilla, crumble cake and ripe apple, also red berries. Mouth-filling with velvety tannin, creamy touch, flows balanced, on the finish clear wood tannin, delicately drying.
