The red wine Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Pasquino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Fattoria Montecchio has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby colour with a nice glimmer of garnet. It is somewhat restrained on the nose, with subtle notes of cherry, and some raspberry. On the palate there is a lovely texture, with finely meshed tannins, and it is a smooth wine on the tongue from the opening right to the finish.
