Tasting Notes
Rich, bright cherry red. Clear fruit on the nose of raspberry, red currant, delicate savouriness, a hint of pepper. Builds up juicily on the palate, delicate tannins, precise, with a certain elegance and finesse, shows tension and presses lightly on the palate again on the finish, animating and salty at the end.
