The red wine Murtas Toscana IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Fattoria San Michele a Torri has been rated in 2020 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Canaiolo nero from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark shining garnet. On the nose cassis, elderberry and blackcurrant, underlaid by a gentle mint tone. Opens on the palate with fine texture, shows precise fruit, then a little rough tannin on the finish.
