The red wine Taurasi DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Feudi di San Gregorio has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Aglianico from the region Campania in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Rich ruby red with a delicately brightening rim. Rum steeped fruit, ripe sour cherry and pickled plum on the nose, with an aftertaste of ripe wild berries and liquorice. Juicy on the palate, it shows with firm tannins, well-balanced, has tension, long and fruity finish.
