Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Light salmon pink. Some ice candy, sweet cherry, also leaves, and herbs. On the palate a supple attack, then full-bodied, with a firm acid backbone, and beautiful vivid palate fruit, and an unaffected freshness. Mineral notes on the finish, and hints of a very typical Merlot spiciness. An extremely high-quality thirst quencher.
