Pale straw yellow with shimmering reflections. Hints of apricot, yellow pear, along with slightly tart herbal savouriness and lemon blossom. Very playful, with racy acidity, light-footed texture, presses lightly on the palate in the back, animatingly salty, finishes juicy on grapefruit.
