Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with a pronounced garnet rim. Intense nose with notes of licorice, nougat, preserved cherries, subtle woody notes in the background. Full-bodied and rich in the attack, opens up with dense tannins, builds up well, lots of pressure, sweet melting, subtle woody notes in the finish.
