Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby colour with a pronounced garnet tongue. Opens on the nose with notes of plum and raspberry, with a hint of cardamom. Polished tannins in the attack and on the palate, showing sweetish fruit, then a little rougher on the finish.
