Pale straw yellow with a silver sheen, fine perlage. Beautiful yellow fruit on the nose, reminiscent of apricot, with plenty of elderflower behind it. Extremely juicy on the palate, beautiful interplay of fruit sweetness and acidity, harmonious finish.
