Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine blossom honey underpinned by ripe tropical fruit, some passion fruit and baby banana, hints of mandarin zest. Juicy, elegant, fine structure, mineral-salty, citrus on the finish, white fruit notes in the aftertaste, versatile, has certain ageing potential.
