Delicately yeasty, yellowish green, lively mousse. Hints of pastry and nuts, fine balsamic touch, notes of white asparagus, subtle meadow herbs, smoky spice. Fresh, elegant, slender texture, pleasantly integrated acidity, nutty touch also on the finish, medium length, easy-drinking style.
