Tasting Notes
A beautiful red-golden copper hue glistens in the glass, dark berries and smoke on the nose, slightly earthy like beet, yet fresh and cool on the nose. Pleasantly tart and ripe on the palate with fine bubbles. The acidity is crisp, very long-lasting and would probably go best with a meal that is not too lean. High praise for the informative back label - that's what the consumer wants!
