Intensely savoury aroma, cherry, blackberry, some sloe, with delicate smoke and minty, herbal flavours. On the palate with dense, polished tannins, grippy, fine acidity, red fruit and savouriness take over, powerful and juicy, characterised by minerality, long, certain ageing potential.
