Tasting Notes
Light pink with orange reflections. Intense fruit on the nose: rosehip confit, wild strawberry, very sweet on the palate, more "extra dry" than "brut", lively acid backbone, medium-fine mousse, an accessibly balanced flint wine that finishes as fruity as it smells.
