Tasting from 01.04.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red with a brightening core. Spicy on the nose, slightly bacony, youthful, opens up after a little time on fine blackberry and strawberry notes, jammy, inviting, with fine dried rose petal. Hearty on the palate, with creamy, deep fruit and gripping tannins, slight vegetal dryness on the finish.
