Tasting from 09.02.2018: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Fresh black berries, citrus zest, orange zest, green, vegetal elements, some liquorice and rosemary, reminiscent of Banyuls. Juicy plum fruit, background with red berry nuances, subtle honey in the background, fine wild berry confit on the finish, ripe oranges, pleasant sweetness in the aftertaste. By no means opulent, has good drinking flow, still needs time.
