Bright straw yellow with a green tinge. Finely savoury nose of lime, rosemary, pineapple and grapefruit, complex, with a sulphur aftertaste. Great, racy notion on the palate with lots of salt, taut acidity and beautiful play, spreads out juicily, clear finish, with persistence.
