Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark ruby red colour, black. Aromas of molasses, ripe peach, black cherry and hints of cinnamon stick and marzipan on the nose. A very powerful notion on the palate, plenty of acidity, lots of texture, but also plenty of tannins that linger on coconut flavours.
