Bright straw yellow with light olive-green reflections. Intense, powerful nose, very savoury with hints of rosemary, black olive paste and a hint of anchovy, with a mineral aftertaste. Fine mousse on the palate, brisk, firm on the tongue, somewhat abrupt on the finish.
