Tasting Notes
Bright, flint garnet red. Initially shows pronounced notes of anchovies, then a lot of raspberry and plum. A stunning complex palate with a lightness of touch to the body. Layers of red berry fruit, raspberry hints, a savoury undertone then a saline finish. Enormous length. A great experience!.
