Fresh, spicy aroma of lime, apple chips, orange peel and a subtle hint of saffron. Balanced and quite powerful on the palate, showing piquant spice and sweet fruit. With very good length in the fine acidic-sweet finish. We would like to discover this on the menu at our local Italian restaurant.
