Tasting from 24.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Bright ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate ochre rim brightening. Very fine and multi-layered bouquet, nuances of dried plums, black cherries, cinnamon, cardamom, ethereal nuances of mint and orange oil, fine nougat, pleasant herbal spice. Complex, juicy, highly elegant, pickled heart cherries, fine tannins, finesse-rich acidity, a hint of ginger and chocolate, perfectly matured, in the unmistakably harmonious style of the house, great length, sure potential for decades.
