Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.07.2021: Ulrich Sautter

As much stone as fruit on the nose, and the fruit is intense: blood orange, tangerine, but also white flowers and aniseed. Also flint, damp rock. Almost a little algae. Full-bodied with extract on the palate, full and almost creamy in the background, ripe, round acidity, vintage typical in its volume, but still with a distinctive fingerprint of provenance.
