Der SYRAH und das Wallis: diese Zwei gehören zusammen wie die Rebe und der Stock. Auf den von der Sonne verwöhnten Hügeln bringt diese noble Rebsorte ihre Persönlichkeit voll zur Entfaltung. Seine dunkelrote Farbe mit violettem Schimmer kündigt einen kräftigen Körper an und wird durch eine fruchtige (Johannisbeere, Himbeere, Kirsche, Pflaume) und blumige (Rose) Nase begleitet. Das Ganze wird durch einen gehaltvollen Körper mit feinen würzigen Aromen abgerundet. Der längere Reifeprozess im Eichenfass verleiht der ungestümen Jugend ein auserlesenes, komplexes Bukett und eine perfekte Struktur, die im Alter ungeahnte Finessen entwickelt.

Notes of raspberry, red currant and plum on the nose. Subtle hints of spice. Dense and smooth on the palate, soft acidity and dark fruit. Fine-grained tannins and long finish with some liquorice and caramel.
