Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Intense, inviting spice on the nose, dark berry confit, a hint of cassis and licorice, but also precious wood, fine notes of truffle and balsam. Complex on the palate, juicy cherry fruit, present tannins that are well integrated, fresh sour cherries in the finish, powerful and yet animating to drink, delicate chocolate notes in the aftertaste, good ageing potential.
