Rich, sparkling ruby-violet. Finely drawn nose, initially showing slightly earthy notes, then full of ripe blackberries and plums. Juicy attack and finish, rich, dark berry fruit, opens with grippy, fine-meshed tannins, good pressure on the finish, still shows slight bitter notes.
