Tasting from 14.07.2020: Ulrich Sautter

A spicy, finely mature bouquet, Assam tea, rose petal, wormwood herb and leather, above it a balsamic cherry fruit. Still grainy and substantial in the mouth, although at a stage of initial mellowing, but still chewy and not softened, and juicy and spicy on the finish. It unquestionably needs another ten years to develop its structure, the spiciness is already blossoming.
