An initial yeasty flavour is followed by a multi-layered aroma: mineral notes, ripe yellow exotic fruit. Passion fruit, mango. Gripping attack on the palate with savoury, yet delicately extracted sweet fruit. Mineral, vibrant, very long finish. This is pure Riesling pleasure.
