Tasting from 09.09.2014

Ripe, spicy Riesling aroma, dried lemon peel, nettle and lemon balm. Soft attack, but not too mild, well-balanced acidity, combines ripeness and freshness, not too heavy as is typical for Kabinett, appears quite relaxed and finishes slightly tactile-mineral with a fine spiciness.
