Not a loud nose, fine yellow gooseberries, apple sauce, yellow grilled bell peppers, lime zest. Juicy, fresh, creamy mouthfeel, fine acidity, great mineral spice, salty, fine phenolics, good extract, medium-bodied, long on the palate.
