Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.06.2015

Complex aroma: Mon cheri, cocoa bean, a hint of French wood, smoky, plump cherry fruit, elderberry, a hint of floral. The wine is also highly aromatic and fruity on the palate, dense and homogeneous with a fresh nerve and strong but not rough tannins. A clear mineral base, well-integrated wood, juiciness and length. A very complete red wine: compact and clear, but also with a certain generosity.
