Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Ehret Winery. A very un-kitschy, rather savoury aroma: peppery and almost caraway-scented, candied orange peel, bitter orange. The palate is silky with delicate phenolics on a creamy, almost oily base. The acidity is concentrated and powerful, gives length but remains integrated and underlines the distinctive, vinous character.
